Q. Is there any hidden costs incurred in the price quoted for my fairground amusement hire?
A. No, what is quoted is what you pay. Prices include transportation, hire, setup, staff, power and insurance at £5 or £10 million
Q. We have has a quote which is a lot less than your offer - can you beat this price?
A. Whilst we are happy to do discounts on bulk hires, we believe our prices reflect our customer service and quality of attractions. Our rides are corporate spec and will always remain so, this is why we get re-booked each year by our clients. Be wary of other firms quoting a lot less.
Q. Do you attend events on a "pay per ride" basis?
A. No we only cover corporate events on a hire basis only, we do not participate in rents on events or percentage cuts.
Q. Are your fairground rides safe?
A. Every funfair ride and attraction hired is tested annually in accordance with HSG175 (Safe Practice of Fairgrounds) and carry a ADIPS certification which is a government backed scheme.
Q. How long can we hire fairground attractions for?
A. As long as you wish, our standard quoted rate is 6 hours but we can adjust the price accordingly for your event.
Q. Can we pay cash to avoid the books?
A. We don't work like that, all payments are either made by BACS, Cheque or Credit or Debit Card. We do not accept cash, PayPal or Western Union.
Q. Do you do discounts?
A. We provide a discount for the British Armed Forces, National Health Departments and Registered Charities.
Q. How come you have so many fairground rides and attractions? Are they all yours?
A. No fairground hire company in the UK owns all the rides they advertise no matter what they tell you! We work with accredited contractors who work with us year in year out, and they are trusted vendors who represent our company. You pay no more booking with us than you would booking direct, and we take control of booking them and arranging replacements if any mechanical failure occurs. We are also owner-operators of attractions.
Q. We are an events company and we need someone trustworthy to work with.
A. We already work with a score of event production companies and our client list includes Screwfix, Wincanton Logistics, Sainsburys Argos, Amazon.co.uk, Bosch, BBC Television, Royal Air Force, Next Retail, Capita PLC, Hilton Hotels, Alcoa Inc, The British Army, John Lewis Partnership - the list goes on. Q. I am celebrity and want my event to be private. Is this possible?
A. No problems, we have worked with celebrities before, and client confidentiality is paramount, we never upload any photos to social media without permission.
Q. Do you have other games for your racing simulator?
A. Our racing simulator usually comes with Gran Turismo. We have other games available - please contact us for more information. Not all games are suitable for the race car cockpit simulator set-up.
